Returns and Exchanges Policy

Hey there, watch enthusiasts! We want to make sure your experience with us is as smooth as possible. If, for any reason, your purchase didn't tick all of your boxes, no worries! Here is an outline of our policies:

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We're happy to accept returns and exchanges for all items as long as they are sent back to us in new condition, with no signs of wear or use.
  • Ensure that all case and wrapping are intact and reassembled as they were shipped. Please note that if anything is missing, it will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • If there are any problems with the watch, please reach out and we will get things sorted.

Inspection Process:

  • Your returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm they are ready for restocking.
  • If you're on the fence about keeping it, please be careful with it – scents, stains, fraying, imprints, or scratches might affect the refund amount.

Timeframe:

  • Initiate the return/exchange process within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process:

  • Reach out to us using our link contact form. Please include as much information as possible about your return.
  • Once we give your return the green light, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • Please keep in mind that  a restocking fee might be deducted from your refund, depending on the condition of the returned goods.
  • There may also be some delays due to credit card processing.

Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
